August 17 Starting p90x today I received my p90x workout in the mail on Thursday of last week. There is a lot of material! I'm excited about getting started on this. They give you a complete workout guide, a complete fitness and nutrition guide, and of course, the workout DVD's themselves. For the first few weeks, I'm going to be on the Fat Shredder nutrition plan. I will be eating only 10% carbohydrates in my daily intake and 50% protein! That's a lot of protein. I will be taking before, middle and after pictures through my experience with p90x. After I'm done with it all, I will post them up on here and show you how it went.
